Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of FactuLink’s services, including the dashboard, APIs, documentation, and support. By creating an account or using FactuLink, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have authority to do so on behalf of your organization.
Using FactuLink
You may use the platform to prepare and deliver invoices to Spain’s Veri*Factu system, provided that you comply with all applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice data, identity of recipients, and ensuring that your integrations do not violate AEAT rules.
Accounts and security
Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, API keys, and webhook secrets. Notify FactuLink immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access to protect the platform or other customers.
Fees
Pricing is outlined on the pricing page or in an Order Form. We may invoice overages or add-on services. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing.
Data processing
FactuLink processes invoice data to fulfill Veri*Factu submissions. We implement security controls described in our documentation and comply with applicable privacy laws. You are the controller of personal data submitted through the platform.
Limitations
FactuLink is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Liability is limited to the amounts paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect damages or force majeure events.
